Cookies
This is a draft: it is not in force yet. The parts marked «TO FILL IN» are details and choices of HybridSales that we do not have and have not invented.
This page says, plainly, what the site stores on your device. It applies to hybridsalesacademy.it and dylan-dagani.com. The controller is [TO FILL IN: company name]; the contacts and your rights are in the privacy notice.
1. In short
The public pages use no cookies. Not profiling, not statistics, not technical ones. They store nothing on your device by other means either (for example «local storage») and load no analytics, advertising, social pixels, maps or embedded videos. The fonts of the pages are served by the site itself, not by outside services.
That is why you see no banner: the law asks for consent for cookies that are not strictly necessary, and we use none.
2. When you fill in a form
The form sends the data to our server and nothing more: it leaves nothing in the browser. The code of the person who invited you, if you come from an invitation link, is read from the address of the page and put in the form; it is not saved on your device. What we do with the data you send is explained in the privacy notice.
3. The private area (not for visitors)
People who work with HybridSales sign in to the management system at a separate address, with a user name and a password. Only there, and only after signing in, we use a technical session cookie (called hs_sessione): page scripts cannot read it, it does not travel to other sites, it lasts 12 hours at most and it is deleted when you sign out. The system also remembers in the browser which help hints you have already seen. These tools are strictly necessary for the service you asked for and need no consent.
4. Third-party sites
From the pages you can open links to Instagram, YouTube and Telegram. When you open them, those services may use their own cookies under their own rules; our site sets none of them and reads none of them.
5. If it changes one day
If in the future we use analytics or marketing tools we will update this page and ask for your consent before turning them on.
